
Week 6
I am totally surprised about this weeks weight loss!! After some of the ‘crap’ I ate this week, I was certain the numbers would have been in the opposite direction. I mean seriously, Carne Asada Fries, Ben and Jerry’s Mudslide, plenty of trips to Betito’s and I was still able to lose two more pounds. Plus no exercising on schedule, just work work work….hmm perhaps there is something to that daily grind. Here are the numbers:
Initial Weight
- 235 lbs.
Week Six
- 228 lbs.
- Loss to date 7 lbs.
Remaining Weight
- 13 of 20 lbs.

Yay. Well that’s great news. I wish you continued success.
I discovered that by taking the stairs every day at jury duty (for 1.5 weeks) I was able to lose 5lbs. However… I mostly gained it all back when I came home and was finally had time to eat what I wanted. Bah! I think it’s a little easier for men when it comes to this.
